We take proven principles from elite sport - resilience, focus, teamwork (the list really is endless) - and bring them into business
Our workshops and programmes create habits, not quick fixes. Developing thriving teams that keep themselves accountable and deliver
Everything we do is designed to unlock potential, strengthen culture and deliver measurable performance outcomes
Since becoming disabled at 11 years old following a football injury, my circumstances have required me to become resilient and ultimately led me into a decade-long professional career in wheelchair basketball. Competing around the world, I became World and European Champion and the many ups and downs I have faced during this period have taught me resilience, accountability, the art of accepting negative feedback, and have helped me to sculpt a strong, high-performance mindset. I am now proud to bring these lessons to GO Performance.
After retiring from professional sport, I became a coach and led Loughborough University’s wheelchair basketball program to become the most successful in the UK. I’ve had the privilege of working with injured veterans through two Invictus Games cycles, helping them rebuild confidence, purpose, and performance.
I’ve coached GB national teams at world championships and have been the assistant coach for the most successful wheelchair basketball nation in history, who are current back to back Paralympic gold medalists.
Today, I use these experiences to help individuals, teams, and organisations unlock their potential, whether through leadership coaching, team development, or strategic consulting. Having worked with companies such as Vodafone and Premier Inn, I strongly believe that high performance isn’t just for elite sport, but a mindset that is transferable to any professional sector.
Key Achievements
With over a decade spent studying psychology, I now specialise in empowering athletes to perform; my goal is to help individuals take positive steps towards becoming the best version of themselves.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University—the world leader in sport education—I’ve nurtured an in-depth understanding of the psychology of performance, which is underpinned by extensive academic study. I’ve worked with athletes at all levels; from recreational to elite, across individual and team sports, both on the training ground and at tournaments and my research, which includes published work on duty of care and safeguarding in sport, helps keep my practice rooted in the latest evidence and best practices.
Today, I help athletes to work with their brain, not against it. When we overcome the struggle with our own minds, we unlock our true potential. I’ve lead individuals and teams in navigating the pressures of competition and supported them in taking purposeful actions toward their goals.
Sport has always been a part of my life and my running adventures have lead me into the crazy world of endurance running and ultra-marathons. Whether it be through participating or supporting others, sport and exercise have added something incredibly valuable to my life. Sport has the power to teach you hugely important lessons, and I am eager to share my learnings and experience with others.
